How to install windows7 or 8 through pendrive

Hello lovely readers today discovertrick are going to teach you how can you install windows 7 and 8 through pen drive and how can you make pendrive bootable.Sometimes you need to format your computer but you don’t have windows 7 DVD but you have windows7 in your computer hard drive. No need to worry discovertricks are today here to solve your problem .All you need to have is minimum 4GB pendrive.

Steps

1.insert the pendrive in your usb port

2.Open command prompt(DOS) in administrator mode .To run in administrator right click on command prompt and click on Run as administrator

3. Type below commands one by one after every command click on enter

DISKPART

LIST DISK

After this command you will see two options like

Select disk1  xxxxmb
Select disk2 3467mb

one is of pendrive another harddrive you have to select that which is of  pendrive

E.g

SELECT DISK2

Now type

CLEAN

CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY

SELECT PARTITION 1

FORMAT FS=NTFS QUICK

ACTIVE

EXIT

3.Now locate where your  windows 7 is

E.g

E drive then folder OS and then folder windows 7

I will enter command as

D:           press enter button

CD OS

CD WINDOWS 7

NOW Check what is your pendrive letter j k etc.

Eg removable disk j

Type

BOOTSECT.EXE/NT60 J:     PRESS ENTER

YOUR PENDRIVE HAS SUCCESSFULLY BECAME BOOTABLE

5.Copy all windows7 files from your computer to pendrive
